Return and Refund Policy

Overview

At Sonkar Export, we value trust, transparency, and long-term relationships with our clients across India and globally. We strive to deliver the highest-quality coco peat and coir-based products, but in rare cases where issues arise, we offer a structured Refund & Return Policy to ensure fair resolution.

a) Eligibility for Returns

  • Damaged or defective products received
  • Wrong product or packaging errors
  • Shortage in quantity compared to invoice
  • Quality concerns backed by valid proof (photos, test reports)

Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with the invoice or purchase proof.

b) Return Process (Domestic Clients – India)

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Share photos/videos of the issue.
  3. We will review and approve/decline the return.
  4. If approved:
    • Pickup will be arranged in select regions, or
    • Ship the item back (cost reimbursed after verification)

Replacement or refund is processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.

c) Return Process (International Clients – Exports)

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Send supporting proof (photos, inspection report)

If the claim is valid, we may offer:

  • Partial refund
  • Replacement in the next shipment
  • Credit note toward your next order

We do not accept physical returns unless pre-agreed.

d) Refund Timeline

  • Refunds processed within 7–10 business days
  • Via original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, PayPal)
  • Transfer fees may be deducted if applicable

e) Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened products
  • Customized or bulk orders made to specification
  • Delays caused by customs or port clearance
  • Damage post-delivery due to mishandling

f) Cancellation Policy

  • Domestic orders can be cancelled within 24 hours
  • Export orders cannot be cancelled after advance payment
  • Bank/transfer deductions to be borne by buyer

📦 For Indian Customers

  • Raise request within 3 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Requests after 3 days are not eligible

🌍 For International Clients

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photo/video evidence
  • Late claims are not accepted due to shipping limitations
