4. Price and Payments

a) Product Pricing

Pricing is based on product type, volume, location, and Incoterms. Domestic pricing in INR; export in USD/EUR.

b) Payment Terms

• 100% advance for domestic orders
• 50% advance + 50% before dispatch for exports
• SWIFT, L/C, UPI, NEFT, etc.

c) Currency & Exchange

Exchange rates apply at Proforma Invoice generation. Bank charges borne by client.

d) Taxes & Duties

GST for Indian buyers; duties/taxes in destination country borne by international clients.

e) Payment Default

Non-payment can lead to order cancellation. Legal jurisdiction applies.

5. Shipping and Delivery

a) Domestic Shipping

• Dispatch in 3–7 days
• Delivery in 5–10 days
• Tracking and packaging provided

b) International Shipping

• Sea or air freight options
• FOB, CIF, EXW terms
• Full export documentation provided

c) Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays due to uncontrollable events.

d) Risk & Ownership

Risk passes to buyer based on agreed Incoterms.

e) Damaged Goods

Report within 48 hours with proof. Resolution at our discretion.
